Berco’s largest factory is located in Copparo (near Ferrara), in Italy. The facility covers 550,000 square meters, and employees work in a three-shift system. Here you can find some of the most impressive forging press lines available in the market, including our “Maxi Press” (32,000 ton), our 16,000-ton press and a 3,150-ton press. This facility also offers state-of-the-art machining lines, including the BMR machining line, the SW mining links machining line and the CTL assembly line.

The Castelfranco Veneto factory covers an area of 65,000 square meters. It manufactures track adjusters and rollers for agricultural machinery and houses track chain assembly lines and automated machines, including trimming presses and manual forging lines.

The Mexican facility in Puebla is the largest production plant for connecting rods in the Business Unit Forged Technologies and in 2022 it has started production for Berco products Specialized in the automatic assembly and painting of rollers, this facility also encompasses forging and machining lines, which include a hardening cell, as well as a welding cell for automotive components.
