 Boring machine BERCO mod.ASV/A has been specially designed for boring valve guides and seats, both integral and inserted, for removing rings and spot-facing when replacing valve seat rings.
The machine is essentially composed of a boring assembly sliding lengthwise and transversally, of a cross member fixed to the machine bed and a universal setup fixture for cylinder heads.
The boring assembly is lifted and moved along the sliding plane on an "air cushion".
